Ich komme mit meinen Anmeldedaten nicht mehr in das Konto rein. Ich habe im Juni 2023 einen Toilettendeckel mit Elefantenbild bestellt (2 Jahre Garantie).

On the 16th of April, I purchased a set of 4 Lymo garden chairs. I did not understand that they are for self-assembly; with the assistance of other persons, my husband eventually managed to assemble 3 units.
The quality of design, material, and standards is so poor that the units were difficult to construct, and the eventual product was very distorted and unsafe.
Therefore, I request a full refund for the order.

Had a new shower which didn't work; Messages wern't sent or followed up on by mano mano; had difficulty speaking to them; don't think English is theIR first language.; filled in a form by some company called pissed off . sent this back but according to the parcel company mano mano ignored the message

Manomano sent me a different cordless chain saw to the one I ordered. The ordered item is a 1200-watt model with the batteries on the side.
They sent me an inferior 600-watt model with the batteries on the left side and handle.
When I reviewed the item, Manomano hid my review because they didn't like my opinion.
If they had sent the item I purchased and not the inferior product they sent me, then I would have no need to write an honest review about their lack of customer service.
When I buy an advertised product, I expect that product to be delivered and not a cheaper model!!!
I contacted ManoMano last week, and they stated they'd send me a return postage label and contact me within 48 hours. It's now been 5 days (3 working days), and I've heard nothing—except that they'd hidden my review.
